Set within a former 14th-century cloister, Bibendum welcomes you to its multifaceted establishment: a traditional brasserie, an all-you-can-eat cheese bar, a cocktail bar, and a tapas bar.
Behind this slightly mysterious facade, right in the heart of the city, the owners have reopened a place steeped in history, one that had almost been forgotten.
A former local legend has been brought back to life with the desire to make the walls, glasses, and plates come alive.
What drives them? This line from Horace: “Now is the time to drink!”
So everything has been reimagined.
