Law no. 78-87 of January 6 1978, law no. 2004-801 of August 6 2004, as well as article L-226-13 of the French penal code and the European directive of October 24 1995 protect all personal data. In this context, it is specified that the information collected is subject to computer processing intended for:
– The establishment of a file of users and customers,
– Commercial prospecting
– Communication on Avignon Tourisme events,
– Statistical analysis on the use and typology of users subject to preserving the anonymity of the latter.

As far as online ticketing is concerned, information may be transmitted for the purposes of booking and settling transactions. No personal information is collected, published or transferred free of charge or against payment without the user’s knowledge.
