The positive footprint

Your tourist office is committed to its residents: tourism also starts with (re)discovering your own region. The offers with local benefits are a great opportunity to take part in local life and create links. The monthly events are also waiting for you to explore what you don’t know yet, or what’s new!

Wondering what to do in Avignon this month?

Avignon has a rich and varied cultural programme throughout the year, with exhibitions, shows, concerts, festivals, guided tours and events for all ages. To make sure you don’t miss any of the highlights, check out Avignon’s regularly updated online diary, where you can easily search for events by date or theme.

You can also download Les Rendez-Vous du mois, a practical guide to a selection of must-see events and new cultural attractions.

The Courses and Leisure booklet

The Courses and Leisure booklet is a practical guide to the activities available to Avignon residents. It brings together a complete range of courses and workshops: sport, culture, arts, well-being, as well as activities for children.

This booklet allows you to discover what’s on offer locally and sign up for activities close to home, all year round.

The associations forum

On this day, traditionally held on the 1st Sunday in September, many of the town’s associations present their activities to the public.

It’s a convivial, festive and informative occasion, which helps to raise the profile of the rich fabric of associations that make up our region.

It’s also an opportunity for all the associations involved to promote their activities, attract new members and encourage people to volunteer, and for you to find an activity or support in your day-to-day life.

The positive footprint

Think about carpooling! An economical way to travel that’s also good for the planet. It’s a way of reducing your carbon footprint, and is already used by 13 million people in France.
