For the Silvain family, nougat has been a passion for more than 30 years, starting with Pierre, Philippe and their wives, who are Paysans- Nougatiers.
Throughout the year, take advantage of our guided tours and workshops to discover the history of our family business, our artisanal production methods and taste our specialties.

THE "PAYSANS NOUGATIERS" CHAIN
In 2015, the SILVAIN family created the Filière Paysans-Nougatiers, a federation of almond and honey producers from the surrounding départements, to complement family production and make a good nougat as local as possible.
