Open House at Artists' Studios - in and around Avignon

On November 14 and 15, the “Artists’ Studios Open House” invites the public to step inside 60 creative spaces in Avignon and neighboring towns. A total of 85 artists are participating in the 2026 edition, which features a new addition: a late-night opening on Friday, November 13. Held since 2012, this warm and welcoming event is free and open to everyone: an exceptional opportunity to meet each artist in their studio, to stroll from studio to studio—on foot, by bike, alone, with family, or with friends—and discover painting, sculpture, photography, ceramics, graphic design, illustration, calligraphy, digital art, installations… A variety of activities are on offer: performances, concerts, readings, participatory workshops… A guide to the studios is available to the public. Every year, several thousand people take part in this event.
