Camille is originally from Nord (59). She began hotel management school in Le Touquet, then moved to Marseille to complete her Bac Pro and her additional qualification in restaurant desserts. She continued her training in prestigious establishments such as Mas du Langoustier on the island of Porquerolles, and in other renowned establishments in Tignes, Lyon and Vaugines in the Luberon.
