Welcome to the Farm Gastronomic Weekend

Wines, champagnes, cured meats, foie gras, cheeses, honeys, jams, oils, fruits and vegetables, sweet treats… so many specialties to discover, taste, and take home throughout the weekend. With 19 departments and 6 regions represented, the Gastronomic Weekend invites you to take a journey through France’s regional cuisines without leaving Avignon. The event celebrates farmers, their expertise, and the diversity of their products, while fostering direct interaction with the public and introducing visitors to the “Bienvenue à la ferme” network. ACTIVITIES FOR ALL AGES The market comes alive all weekend long! Between tastings, enjoy fun, interactive, and friendly culinary highlights to discover local products, traditional skills, and the world of agriculture in a whole new way. With Campus Ventoux Provence Students from the BTS DATR program will be on hand all weekend to offer various activities to the public and help bring the event to life. Games, hands-on experiences, and activities centered around local products and regions will set the pace for the days at Les Célestins.
