    The Farmer-Nougat maker sector
From the field to the cauldron

This farming family grows almonds and raises bees, and this sector is open to other French almond growers and beekeepers. This enables the nougat production plant to have top-quality almonds and honey, and to provide sweets made with raw materials from the sector.

There is a quality charter defining the sector, and a supply contract which provides safeguards for the growers.
