Our "Le Trésor des Oliviers" oil mill and store are located in Mazan, a small Provencal village at the foot of Mont Ventoux. 9,000 olive trees flourish between the Mistral and the sun in the heart of our 25-hectare estate, combining olive groves, vineyards and almond trees.
As artisan millers, we take great care to respect generations of agricultural know-how.

As winegrowers for 5 generations, we produce a range of red Ventoux appellation wines on our main estate in Mazan, known as "Domaine Pied Faucon".
Further north, in the commune of Beaumes de Venise, we produce a Cru Beaumes de Venise and a Muscat Beaumes de Venise (vin doux naturel).
A new horizon is opening up: 3200 almond trees will be planted in 2021.
Our almonds are on sale in our boutique.
Committed to protecting the environment, our mill is equipped with modern machinery to produce top-quality "extra virgin" olive oil, while saving energy resources and allowing full recycling of waste.
Since 2020, our estate has been certified HVE (High Environmental Value).
Throughout the year, our boutique offers handcrafted products that reflect our Provencal terroir: Domaine products such as olive oils, AOC wines, almonds and grape juice. You'll also find cosmetics, handmade soaps, perfumes, decorative items, wrought ironwork created on the estate, honey, spreads, vinegar and jams.
The Moulin à Huile opens its doors to private individuals and professionals to drop off their olives from late October to mid-December, by appointment only, by calling 04.90.69.82.02.
We also organize tours of the farm and mill, from June 15 to September 15, by appointment on 04.90.69.82.02.
We look forward to welcoming you.
