Our Oil Mill "Le Trésor des Oliviers" and its shop are located in Mazan, a small village in Provence at the foot of Mont Ventoux. 9,000 olive trees flourish between the Mistral and the sun in the heart of our 25-hectare estate, which combines olive groves, vines and almond trees.
Artisanal millers, we pay close attention to respecting agricultural know-how that is several generations old.
