In a magnificent setting overlooking the ramparts and architecture of the city of Avignon, this venue, created by the CCI de Vaucluse, is dedicated to showcasing the culinary art of the Vaucluse region and the expertise of the École Hôtelière d'Avignon, from which its chefs and apprentices are drawn.

The menu features exclusively fresh, local produce from ultra-short circuits, guaranteeing freshness, traceability and quality.

The restaurant's modern, uncluttered architecture provides a window onto the city's ramparts, thanks to a large bay window overlooking the Porte de la République. The establishment covers 200 square meters, including a 100 m2 terrace overlooking the station, and can accommodate up to 110 diners.
