Description
An unusual encounter with contemporary electronic music, featuring music and images from Avignon's heritage sites.
Every year since 2009, the festival has brought the city of Avignon’s exceptional heritage sites to life through music and visuals (the Palais des Papes, the Pont Saint-Bénezet, the Calvet Museum, the Petit Palais Museum, the Lambert Collection, and more). These sites are given a new lease on life, and the public discovers or rediscovers them through contemporary sounds.
Résonance is committed to environmental sustainability and promotes the preservation and celebration of cultural heritage. The festival offers original stage designs and a cutting-edge artistic program that unearths new talent, inspired by electronic music and digital arts.
The next edition will take place from September 17 to 20.
