The course is followed by a tasting of the recipes created, in harmony with the food and wine, and the meal can be shared with friends (price of meal according to recipes created), or taken away.
Once you've put on your chef's jacket, apron and chef's hat, the class begins!
Chefs of the day receive a recipe booklet.
Several formulas are available:
- A class from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m./2.30 p.m.

- A course starting at 8:30 am with a visit to the Halles market in Avignon or elsewhere and the purchase of products, until 3:00 pm:
creation of 3 recipes (starter + main course + dessert), followed by tasting in harmony with food and wine - 185.00 € (drinks included).
- On request, you can also take part in a truffle hunt (in season), otherwise known as Cavage, using animals dedicated to this activity, pigs or dogs, in a nearby area, then arrive in the kitchen to create three truffle-based recipes in harmony with the wines that go with the Black Diamond. Minimum 4 people - €259.00 per person (drinks included) / Allow one day.
