Its theater is a place for sharing words, poetry, stories and music.
It has a 38-seat auditorium with a small stage. It is managed by the association "Les Rencontres du Chapeau Rouge."
Since 2008, the Au Chapeau Rouge theater has taken part in the OFF festival in July. It also coordinates the "Printemps Anglophone" festival of English-language culture with the University of Avignon.
