Established in Sault, in the midst of lavender fields, the family business has been distilling this emblematic plant and other perfume plants for generations. Strengthened by this heritage and concerned to preserve the natural resources of these familiar lands, Guillaume and Magali continue the tradition. While all their produce is certified organic, they are also keen to preserve and pass on the memory of traditional know-how. Discovery tours, fun experiments and immersive workshops are also a way of raising public awareness of the rich but fragile world of aromatic and medicinal plants.
