Since 1994, La Mirande has welcomed the region's top chefs to its annual cooking workshop. A gourmet voyage awaits you, with seasonal produce from Provence and flavors from elsewhere.
Chef Thomas Longuesserre, Chef at La Table Haute since February 2024, supervises the cooking workshops.
Chefs meet in the former kitchens of the townhouse, and officiate over the old 19th-century wood-burning stove. Local gourmets, young and old, appreciate these entertaining moments where tricks of the trade and cooking secrets are passed on in a place steeped in history.
