Festival OFF

The OFF, the IN’s boisterous little brother, was created in 1966 by André Benedetto in his theater on the Place des Carmes, and is just as popular. Born of a spontaneous desire to share theater with as many people as possible outside of an established program, OFF companies from all over the world literally melt into the city.
