Festival OFF

The OFF, the IN’s boisterous little brother, was created in 1966 by André Benedetto in his Place des Carmes theater, and is just as popular. Born of a spontaneous desire to share theater with as many people as possible outside of an established program, OFF companies from all over the world literally melt into the city.
