■The CLÉVACANCES label
This label offers numerous advantages to owners and managers of holiday rentals. The owner must contact the nearest Clévacances office and complete a registration and application form. An appointment is then arranged with a Clévacances expert, who is responsible for assessing the quality and comfort of the accommodation and awarding a certain number of keys, from 1 to 5. Other inspections will be carried out at most once a year to reassess the quality of the rental property.
