  • The oldest pawnshop in France (17th century), the archives of the City of Avignon, and the objects from the period the building served as a silk works.

  • Established since 1987 in the old Notre-Dame de Lorette chapel, built in the 18th century on the plans of Avignon architect Jean-Baptiste Franque. Three separate spaces retrace the history of Mont-de-Piété, created in 1610 and that of the Condition des soies, created in 1801, using objects and documents.
