I've had a taste for words for a long time, and playing with them has become almost second nature. I'm also very fond of old portraits, so it was quite spontaneous for me to start associating my short sentences with these old photos I'd picked up left and right.
It seems to me that these photographs are the perfect support for the texts, sometimes illustrating them, sometimes making them more ambiguous and enigmatic.
My deepest desire is for the Pollages to strike a chord with the people...
