Mireille and Bruno Delade will help you (re)discover this Provencal delicacy with an authentic recipe that will delight your taste buds and reconcile you with nougat. The products are local: the honey comes from the Valensole plateau, the lavender flower from Sault, the orange peel from Apt and the almonds from Provence. "It's important for us to use local ingredients," says Bruno at the stove of his Nougaterie in Caumont-sur-Durance, for the respect of the producers, the inimitable flavor of our region's products and the continuity of tradition. White nougat, tender black nougat and other delicacies with candied orange, cherry, lemon, salted butter caramel and even candied black Nyons olives are just waiting to be tasted.
