Mill built in 1856 by the Marquis de Gaudemaris. From the traditional stone millstones, presses and scourtins, the mill is now equipped with ultramodern machinery. Our olive oils have often won awards at the Concours Général de Paris.
Gold medal in 1995, 1999, 2000. Extra virgin, 100% natural, this oil is made from Verdales olives from Carpentras. Free tour of the old mill (millstone, press, tools).
