As part of the Avignon Ville Monde program, the City of Avignon is organizing the second edition of "En avril, l'Afrique s'invite à Avignon", a major event dedicated to the discovery and promotion of African cultures.
Running throughout April, this program brings together exhibitions, shows, workshops, meetings and concerts, in partnership with a number of local cultural and educational players. Its aim is to encourage encounters between audiences, and to offer keys to understanding the heritage, artistic expressions and imaginary worlds of the African continent.
