You'll find their delicious handcrafted bonbons d'Antan made by Master Confectioner, Michael, with ingredients exclusively from natural origins, on the website and in their store accessible to all. He carefully selects his raw materials from local farmers (Strawberries and Apricots from Provence, Melon from Cavaillon, Chestnuts from Ardèche...) giving his sweets a real taste of fruit.
This waltz of sweets: candies, lollipops, fruit pastes and other delicacies, calls on cutting-edge technical knowledge and special know-how, plunging you deliciously into your fondest childhood memories.
We invite you to visit the boutique de Fabrique, where you'll discover one of France's oldest sweets, "le berlingot de Carpentras", and all the other confectionery we make (lollipops, fruit jellies, caramel au lait, syrup...), with explanations and commentary (from the glass roof).
Plus a video, scent workshop, tastings and stories...
Choose the morning to discover how our confectioners make their products, and experience a return to childhood!
