The club has been in existence for 40 years, and has been awarded a quality label and an "animal well-being" label by the Fédération Française d'Equitation. The club's director holds the Instructorat state qualification, which is only given at the Ecole Nationale d'Equitation (Cadre Noir de Saumur).
