All activities are supervised by one or more state-qualified instructors. For further information, please refer to the relevant sections.

    There are many places to practice: 15 minutes from Avignon for the nearest, as well as around the Cèze Valley and Méjannes le Clap, and also on the Plateau d'Albion, Sault and the Ventoux region.
