The Shan musicians have chosen the mountains as their imaginary common space. From this natural element, improvised compositions are born, echoing the forces that clash, inhabit and harmonize there.
In this creative space, the relationship between man and mountain is invoked. Initially a trio with Pascal Charrier, Ariel Tessier and Julien Pontvianne, Shan has evolved into a quintet alongside Sigrid Aftret and Canan Domurcakli, with new melodious, enveloping and luminous compositions.
