To celebrate the traditions of Christmas in Provence, the Palais du Roure, a temple of Provencal culture, presents its traditional calendrical cycle with the crib and the table of 13 desserts from mid-December to mid-January.
The Table des treize desserts is a staple of Provencal Christmas traditions: pompe à huile, panade, raisins, white and black nougat, apples, dried figs, dates, almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, pears, quince paste, jams, oreillettes and cooked wine.
