40th edition of Cheval Passion

Launched in January 1986, the first Cheval Passion welcomed 30 exhibitors and 40 horses... Forty years later, the Avignon horse festival has become one of Europe's leading equestrian events. Several generations of riders and horse lovers have walked the aisles of the show, sharing and passing on a passion that is constantly renewed. Born under the sign of artistic creation and conviviality, Cheval Passion has revealed many equestrian artists on the show stages of the Cabaret and the Gala des Crinières d'Or. Among them, Magali Delgado and Frédéric Pignon from Vaucluse are recognised talents on the international equestrian scene. They will be performing at the 2026 Crinières d'Or Gala, accompanied by many artists who have written the history of Cheval Passion to celebrate this 40th anniversary in style!
