Class begins with a 9:30 get-together at the Restaurant Cuisine Centr'Halles, inside the Avignon market (coming in through the entrance on Place Pie, we are to the right and to the back, just behind the bakery 'Panissain').

    We get started by taking a stroll around the market, to see, to taste, and especially, to put our menu together, together. We select our ingredients and build our menu; we stop to taste some local specialties, then back we go to the kitchen to prepare our 3-course lunch. Lunch is included and features the menu we decided - and prepared - together. It includes mineral waters, regional wines and coffee. We stop around 2pm. The price is 95 € per person.
