Laurmar Nougats
Nougats Laurmar is located between Avignon and Isle-sur-la-Sorgue. The nougat is made in the artisan manner in copper pots. Most of the ingredients come from local sources of lavender honey and almonds grown in Provence.
Mireille and Bruno are artisan nougat-makers in the heart of Provence. All year long they propose outstanding nougat. The basis of all their production is the nougat Tradition, a soft nougat made with IGP Provence lavender honey, almonds from Provence, lightly roasted, and pistachios. For the pleasure of all of us with a sweet tooth, they also make nougat Tradition in different varieties: with candied orange peel, lavender flowers, salty butter caramel, candied black olives, and others.
