  • This Olive Oil Mill was built in 1358 under the auspices of Pope Innocent VI. It is one of the oldest mills in France.
    All year long you can visit the production plant; learn the history and and learn about making olive oil. Come taste our artisanal products: explore the subtle tastes of our olive oils and olive liqueur.

  • The shop is set up in the former stables of the Charterhouse monastery, and offers olive oils, fine foods, cosmetics, interior decoration objects and objects made from olive wood.
    Continue the pleasure of being at the mill with a stop at the "Bistrot du Moulin".
