    The gastronomic restaurant is a world of its own. At La Mirande, gastronomy dictates the pace of the day which is centered on creating genuine experiences where all the table arts come together for gastronomic excellence. The table is the setting for textures, forms and colours in both the decor and the culinary preparations. Where the pleasure of the eye is on a par with the pleasure of the palate, where nature's bounty has clearly been observed and admired in all its beauty before entering into the recipe, as sophisticated and lovingly prepared as it may be. The paradox is to understand all the energy required to obtain such a result. And that, is one of hte many talents deployed by Florent Pietravalle, who is stands behind the superb results.
