Garden of the simple

Park and garden, Garden, Botanical garden in Salon-de-Provence
  • This Garden was realized in 2003, in the heart of the Castle of Empéri on the occasion of the 500th anniversary of the birth of the illustrious doctor renowned for his effective fight and his medicines against the plague.

  • It is composed of plants that Nostradamus used in his recipes, grouped in plessis (braided chestnut branches), each square creating a link with his texts: square of jams, of spices, of dyers...

The garden is now a "Garden of History", a pretext for all sorts of activities and is open to the public.
