    The class is followed by a meal featuring the recipes prepared, with harmonious food and wine pairings. You can invite guests to share in the meal, or you can also take it home with you.
    Once you have put on the chef's jacket and toque, the work begins!
    And you also take home a booklet with each recipe in it.

    We propose several options:
    - Class starting at 10am til 2/2:30pm. Class starting at 5pm:
    We make 2 recipes then enjoy them together with paired wines.
    80€ (includes beverages).

    - Class starting at 8:30am, starts with marketing at Les Halles in Avignon or other market, purchase of fresh ingredients, working together til 3pm:
    - prepare 3 recipes, food and wine pairing - 165€ (includes beverages).

    - Hunting for black truffles "cavage" (during truffle season) with a trained dog or pig, in the surrounding hills, with picnic in the truffle lands (depending on the weather) then return to the atelier to prepare three truffle-based recipes: starter damier de truffe, poached poularde demi-deuil and truffle risotto and dessert: semifreddo with truffles. Amaze even the very finest of gourmet palates, with wines paired to exalt the black diamond. Minimum 2 persons.- 239€ (including beverages) per person) /
