  • As part of nature meetings, the departmental council gives the opportunity to participate in free activities, a Rando Chalenge® ENS in the Sensitive Natural Space of Plâtrières de l'Isle sur la Sorgue

  • Sensitive Natural Areas (ENS) are natural places of ecological or landscape interest, fragile or threatened, whose biodiversity and landscapes deserve to be protected for future generations.
    As a result, these Sensitive Natural Areas are subject to preservation and management measures. The Departmental Council pursues a policy of preservation of these land environments under the right of pre-emption.

    What is the Rando Challenge®?
    It is a very easy hike, lasting 1.5 to 2 hours. Fun, friendly and cultural.
    Accessible to all, especially families as well as people less trained or seasoned in the practice of hiking. This rando challenge® is practiced in teams of at least 2 people,
    The notion of classification is absent. The goal being to follow a marked route on the ground and drawn on a map, the mission will be: on the one hand, to find milestones and reposition them with precision on the map and on the other hand to answer statements of your choice multiple calling on the observation of flora, fauna, history, heritage, etc.

    Children are the responsibility of parents
    Provide bottle of water, hat.
    Bring a picnic if you want to eat there.
    The Rando Challenge® starts at 11 a.m., you can eat during the hike or before leaving for the Rando Challenge®.
    Or come after eating.
    The departure of the last hike is at 2:30 p.m.
