Festival OFF

The IN’s boisterous little brother, the OFF, created in 1966 by André Benedetto in his Place des Carmes theater, is just as much on everyone’s mind. Born of a spontaneous desire to share theater with as many people as possible outside of an established program, OFF companies from all over the world literally melt over the city.
